It’s another beautiful but chilly day here in Central Ontario. I think I might try and get out for a short walk this afternoon. I just signed up for Bogey School again this year, so I need to start building my walking stamina for my weekly rounds of golf. One of my fitness goals for this year is to be able to walk the whole course by the end of the season so I have a lot of work to do to get my legs in shape for that.
