Happy Monday!

It’s still damp and rather dreary here, but there’s no snow and ice, so I don’t have to worry about slipping and sliding all over the place, and that makes it a very good day! My exercise class started back up this morning, and then I took myself out for a nice breakfast afterward at a new-to-me restaurant. So, I’m late starting work today, but I’m seriously thinking that starting the week off with a self-care session is a great way to set the tone for the whole week.

Especially after you’ve spent most of the weekend on the couch binge watching Discovery Plus!
