Happy Monday!

It’s been another busy day here in Central Ontario. I went off to my exercise class this morning, and after 3 hours of indoor golf yesterday, I sure felt it when we had to use the resistance bands to do shoulder exercises!

Then I had to run to the grocery store, and all the ladies in my class said it shouldn’t be too busy since it’s only Monday morning. Wrong! The place was a madhouse, and I had to park in the far back corner. I thought I was running in for one or two things but ended up doing my whole Christmas Eve/Christmas Day shop because I do not want to have to brave those crowds again this week.

So now it’s time to get down to work for the afternoon and evening.
