Happy Friday!

It’s been a strange day here today. The weather is fine… a little grey, a little windy but no more rain or snow so far, so that’s all good. I was able to get out and get my laundry and groceries done this morning, and still get home in time for a zoom call. That was good too. Mundane, but good in that I declared today would be a “mostly me” day other than being on my call this morning, and getting this newsletter out. And there’s nothing more “mostly me” than having clean clothes to wear, and good food in the house so that I don’t give in to the temptations of the downstairs diner all weekend!

But as for creative work, that’s been a little harder to come by this week. I finally got a logo design I like for the new site, but I still haven’t nailed down the color palette yet… And if you’ve ever worked on a project with me, you know I need to have the logo and the title set in stone first before I feel like I can move on.

I was the same way when I was writing during my university days. Everyone told me to start at the end and write what I thought my conclusions would be first, but I couldn’t start until I had a title and an introduction on the page. Once I had that, things would flow but sometimes the title didn’t come to me until the night before the paper was due!

And I’m feeling a little like that with my business right now. I know that changes need to be made, and I really am excited about building a proper stand alone PLR store, but it’s taking forever to get those first two pieces in place!

I’ll be working on that this weekend, as well as doing a major brain dump to try and make some sense out of all the ideas rolling around in my mind right now, and to look for the intentional magic that I know is in there somewhere!
