Happy Friday!

I’m all happy and chipper this morning because I’ve been to the chiropractor and got the back adjusted and the knees realigned. For the first time in about two months my knee doesn’t hurt because she stuck a couple of acupuncture needles right into the kneecap to “wake things up” as she put it. We’ll see how it is to golf on it Sunday.

There’s another reason I’m pretty chipper this morning and that’s because I made a decision on which of my new sites to build out first. I’ll be playing over there on the weekend and I am excited. I’ve been mulling over brand colors and logo design all morning while I was walking to and from the chiropractor’s office.

In a previous article I mentioned that one of the most effective email marketing strategies you can use is to create useful lead magnets. These are free offers you give your prospects and customers in order to share your expertise.

The key word here is useful.

Anyone can throw up a free offer on their site, but if it’s not useful in showcasing your expertise to your audience, and it doesn’t relate to what you have to offer them, you are just wasting your time and worse, your customers’ time.
