Happy Tuesday!
It’s a hot and humid day here in Central Ontario. I got up and went out for a short walk this morning to get it in before it got too hot. I can only imagine what July is going to be like at this rate!
Now that the weather is nicer and I’m back golfing again, it’s really time to take care of myself better and lose some weight and get in better shape. So, I’ve started a new habit of going for a walk first thing in the morning. It’ll be good practice for when I get another dog too!
