Happy Monday!
It’s a grey, rainy day here in Central Ontario, and my week is off to an interesting start. Between getting a tax bill from the accountant that was about twice as much as we thought it was going to be, and Shaun being home from work sick, it’s definitely not the way I thought the new week was going to start.
Needless to say, I’ve been up to my ears in planning all morning working on how to raise the money to pay the taxes and the accountant for doing them! I am seeing a few sales in the near future for you!
But there is still good news… having to pay a bigger tax bill means we made more than I thought we did last year. And I do have the means to get creative and make the money we need for the taxes and our house. Shaun was worried last night that this would set back our house purchase by at least a year, but I’m determined to not let that happen.

Having a successful op-in page is a key component of your list-building efforts. It’s the first impression your prospects are going to have of you so you want to make sure it’s as successful as you can make it.
While there is lots of leeway for making your opt-in pages your own, every successful opt-in page should have these six components.
1. You need a standout headline and subheading
You only have a short time to hook your ideal audience when they land on your opt-in page. If they aren’t compelled to keep reading, you’ll lose them within seconds of their arrival. A good headline speaks directly to the solution’s benefits for the specific person you created it for, and the subheading reinforces the point you are trying to make.
