Happy Tuesday!
It’s a bit of a cooler morning here in Central Ontario, but the sun is shining and that makes me very happy!
The other thing that makes me happy is that I have been sleeping much better lately. I’m reading The Gap and the Gain by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy and on Saturday I started doing something they recommend as a nighttime routine, and Saturday night I slept 6.5 hours and Sunday night I slept 7.5 hours. Before that I was averaging between 3-5 hours a night and needing a 2-hour nap to get through the day.
And Shaun fixed my standing desk for me before he left for his weekend, so I’ve been doing better at standing up to work as well. It’s a little hard to do the standing thing for recording video, but for typing it works great.
I’m feeling a little like with the change of seasons this time I’ve got a huge burst of energy, so you should be seeing a lot more from me in terms of courses and product development over the next few months.
