Happy Thursday!

After a one day mini-break from winter we are back in the deep freeze here in Central Ontario. I woke up to -22C temperatures this morning, and the weekend is supposed to be even colder! Thank goodness for Shaun… he went out and dug my car out of all the snow last night and moved it to a clean spot in the parking lot. I tried to help, but at my “old lady” speed, he had all the digging done before I had even half the roof cleaned off!

Yesterday I spent a full day working on my blog. I turned everything else off and just buckled down and got most of the work done to have it be ready for public viewing. The goal is to have it completely up and running by Saturday now. I would’ve had a lot more done except that the amember install wasn’t as installed as I thought it was!

It was a good day but I was exhausted at the end of it. I do a lot of stopping and starting on a normal day, so powering through for six hours straight on one project was a new thing for me. Knowing I can do it is a good thing, and I’m thinking I might take one day a week going forward and do a monster session on a project to get things done and get them off the to-do list. We’ll see how that goes. Yesterday I had Val Selby helping me for the whole day. Whether or not I can stick to it on my own for a whole day remains to be seen!

The downside to all of that was that I didn’t get your usual Wednesday Roundup out, so I’ve got that for you today along with some very cool new goodies including the long-awaited Affinity Bundle from Catherine.

Events On Now

When I made the decision to postpone the Low Content Bundle Sale, my main concern was my own mental health and well-being.
