If you’re new to my community, a warm welcome to you. I’m so happy you’ve decided to join us!
It’s an absolutely gorgeous day here in Central Ontario today, and I’m so grateful that Annie is moving better. I talked to the groomer this morning and she said that in her experience it takes about a week for the new dose of Annie’s meds to take effect, so we’re going to try again next week to get her in for a “pawdicure”. But she’s certainly in good spirits and has already been out for TWO walks around the block this morning!
So, it’s moving day today. I’m waiting as I write this for my contact list to be imported into Convert Kit, so if you’re seeing this in your inbox that means you’re already on my list over there. And if not, welcome to my website (which is where I’m posting this for you.)
So, here’s what I have for you this afternoon…

New! Homeschooling Printables from Sue
Sue has released a new Homeschool Worksheet Printables Pack that you can use to provide your customers with content that is in high demand right now.
With so many parents worried about sending their children back into the school system, homeschooling is more popular than ever right now. And even if they are going to school, chances are it’s only for a day or two a week of classroom learning and they’re home the rest of the time, learning online. You can be the one to provide them with extra resources to help keep the kids busy and learning when they’re home. As an early homeschooling mom way back in the 90s, I wish we’d had resources like this to work with!
This pack includes 206 PPT templates in 7 categories:
- Fill in the Dot & Color In
- Trace the Alphabet
- Alphabet Worksheets
- Trace the Numbers
- Numeracy Worksheets
See everything that’s included here and use coupon code HOMESCHOOL20 to save 20% thru October 12.

Daily Tips – Keep Your Tag Lists Clean
Okay, so this has absolutely nothing to do with developing your success mindset and everything to do with saving your sanity!
If you use one of the big autoresponders like Convert Kit, Aweber, or even BirdSend, you usually have the ability to tag your subscribers with various labels according to their preferences, links they click on, etc.
I’m learning the hard way this morning that it pays to keep that tag list clean and organized. It’s so easy to just add a tag for every little thing, and the longer a subscriber stays with you, the more tags they’re bound to have attached to their profile.
The problem comes when you try to switch providers and all those tags have to be migrated as well so that you don’t mess up your mailing lists.
So my tip for today is to have a system for your tags. Have a plan, keep it simple and organized and don’t give in to the temptation to have a tag for every little thing.
And that’s it for me this afternoon. I’m going to grab a late lunch and see if my import is finished yet so that I can stop worrying about it and start the day’s writing.
Have an amazing day! Create what makes your heart happy.
